Terms of Service

By accessing or using TR-1 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

TR-1 is a web-based task management application. The App provides:

• GTD-inspired task and project management with areas, tags, and contexts
• Inbox capture and processing workflows
• Today, next actions, waiting-for, scheduled, and someday/maybe views
• Weekly review and daily review workflows
• Activity tracking for human and AI agent actions
• MCP server with 40+ tools for AI agent integration
• Compatibility with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf, and other MCP clients

TR-1 is currently in beta. By using the App during the beta period:

• You acknowledge that the App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Service availability is not guaranteed — downtime may occur without notice
• Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time
• Data migration between beta versions is provided on a best-effort basis
• The beta period may end at any time, and terms (including pricing) may change

We appreciate your feedback during the beta period. Please report issues at our support page.

You retain ownership of all tasks, projects, notes, and other content you create with the App. We claim no rights to your content.

• Your data is stored on our servers to provide the service
• You can export your data at any time through the MCP interface
• Deleting tasks and projects removes them from our servers
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if desired

TR-1 provides an MCP server that allows AI agents to interact with your tasks. By enabling agent access:

• You authorize connected AI agents to read, create, update, and complete tasks on your behalf
• You are responsible for reviewing agent actions — agents may make errors
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party AI tools connected to your account
• Agent access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the MCP client

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access
• Not share account access with others without our permission

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond the provided MCP interface
• Resell or redistribute access to the App

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Field Bureau & Werkstatt LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss or corruption of task data
• Actions taken by AI agents connected to your account
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Missed deadlines or lost productivity resulting from App issues
• Data handling by third-party AI tools connected via MCP

TR-1 is currently free during the beta period. Pricing may be introduced after the beta period ends. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
