TR-1 ("the App") is a web-based task management application with MCP server integration for AI agent collaboration. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your Data, Your Control

Your tasks, projects, and organizational data are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. AI agent interactions happen through your own MCP client connections — we do not process or observe those interactions.

Data We Store

TR-1 stores the following data on our servers to provide the service:

Account Information

What: Email address and authentication credentials

Purpose: Account creation, authentication, and communication

Storage: Securely stored on our servers with industry-standard encryption

Tasks and Projects

What: Task titles, notes, status, dates, tags, areas, and project structures

Purpose: Core functionality — organizing and tracking your work

Storage: Stored on our servers, accessible only to your account

Activity Data

What: Task creation, completion, and modification timestamps; whether actions were taken by you or an AI agent

Purpose: Activity views, review workflows, and agent collaboration tracking

Storage: Stored on our servers as part of your task data

MCP Server and AI Agent Access

TR-1 provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allows AI agents and tools to interact with your tasks. Key privacy details:

  • MCP connections are initiated by your AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) — we do not control or monitor these connections
  • The MCP server authenticates requests using your account credentials
  • AI agents can read, create, update, and complete tasks on your behalf when connected
  • We log which actions are taken by agents vs. humans for your activity tracking
  • What your AI client does with task data depends on that client's own privacy policy

When you connect an AI agent to TR-1, that agent can access your task data. Review the privacy practices of any AI tools you connect.

Information We Do Not Collect

TR-1 does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Device identifiers or fingerprints
  • Location data
  • Contact or address book information
  • Browsing or search history outside the App
  • Advertising identifiers
  • The content of AI conversations — only the resulting task actions

Data Security

Your data is protected by:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest for stored data
  • Authentication required for all API and MCP access
  • No shared or public access to your task data

Data Retention and Deletion

Your task data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can:

  • Delete individual tasks and projects at any time
  • Request complete account deletion by contacting us
  • Export your data at any time through the MCP interface

Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

TR-1 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
