Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using fewer.photos ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

fewer.photos lets you post one photo per eight-hour cycle — three cycles a day. The App provides a chronological, follow-only Home feed, a Featured wall based on a transparent like tally, a Discover feed of every public frame, hashtag filtering, and optional email notifications. The service is currently free; we may introduce pricing in the future — any change will be posted here with the date above.

You keep ownership of every photo and caption you post. By posting, you grant us the license needed to host, store, and display that content on the App to whoever your visibility settings allow — nothing more. We don't use your photos for any purpose beyond running the service.

You agree to:

• Only post photos you own or otherwise have the right to share
• Not post unlawful content
• Not use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse other people

Captions cannot contain links — this is enforced by design, not just policy, to keep the App free of spam and self-promotion.

We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms. We aim to apply this plainly and consistently, but moderation decisions are ultimately ours to make.

fewer.photos is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It's a small product from a small practice, and we don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will continue indefinitely.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your frames, likes, and follows along with your account. We may also suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Field Bureau & Werkstatt LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
